House Passes 2 Trillion Dollar Package, Featuring Loans Permitting Small Businesses to Make Payroll

In yesterday’s blog post we described the Paycheck Protection Program language from the Senate bill, which will allow loans for payroll, and has a program for forgiveness for some of those loans as well.
The House has voted to approve that bill this afternoon. The President has suggested hat he will sign this bill, so we hope to see it enacted into law very soon.
We hope that SBA will publish guidance permitting application as early as next week.
Jason, other than the PPP and EIDL programs, do you agree the CARES Act, as currently written, does not provide any other relief for an aftermarket aviation part supplier? For instance through the aviation portions? Thank you, Richard Bagdasarian, VP, Strategy VAS Aero Services, LLC, richard.bagdasarian@vas.aero.com
